INTRACOM TELECOM implements its Environmental Management System according to ISO 14001:2004 standard in an integrated manner with ISO 9001:2008 (Quality), OHSAS 18001: 2007 (Health and Safety) and SA 8000: 2008(Social Accountability) based Management Systems.

INTRACOM TELECOM defines and documents all environmental aspects of its operations and their associated impacts. Evaluation of environmental aspects and impacts is performed against predefined criteria including legislative and other regulatory requirements and Emergency Response Plans are designed to secure containment and mitigation of such impacts.

INTRACOM TELECOM achieves continual improvement by undertaking specific environmental objectives based on identified environmental impacts, and implementing relevant programmes to realise such objectives.

INTRACOM TELECOM adheres to the Greek National Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment compliance scheme ("Appliances Recycling S.A."- Reg. No 1751) in order to fulfil its obligations according to EU directive on waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE directive).

INTRACOM TELECOM has taken all necessary steps to ensure compliance of its products with the EU directive on the restriction of use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment (RoHS directive).

INTRACOM TELECOM is aware of its obligations with regard to the REACH Regulation and as a manufacturer and supplier of "articles" - as defined in article 3(3) - complies with the requirements of the regulation.
